At Mould Xterminators, we aim to keep our pricing clear, practical and fair.
Every mould issue is different, so pricing depends on the size of the affected area, the surface type, access, moisture conditions, whether a written report is required and the level of treatment needed.
For smaller jobs, we may be able to provide an estimate from photos. For recurring mould, musty smells, water staining, wardrobe mould or suspected moisture problems, we may recommend an inspection first so we can properly assess the area before quoting treatment.

Inspection and Report
We use professional inspection tools to help assess moisture risk and hidden problem areas.
Our equipment includes a Tramex ME5 Moisture Encounter Plus and a FLIR thermal imaging camera.
These tools can help us identify areas of elevated moisture, possible water intrusion, condensation patterns and temperature differences that may be contributing to mould growth.

Please note: This report is based on visual observations and non-invasive moisture checks. It does not replace invasive building investigation, plumbing inspection, roof inspection, air testing or laboratory mould testing if those are required.

Please note: Permanently stained silicone, damaged grout or deteriorated sealant may need replacement. Mould treatment can improve the area, but it cannot always restore damaged materials to brand-new condition.
